YFP Terms & Policies
-
Provider: Millennial Enterprises LLC dba Your Festive Porch (“YFP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Customer: The person placing the order (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”)
1. Agreement and incorporated documents
This Standard Residential Service Agreement governs the seasonal porch-styling services identified in your online order. Your order, selected products, Installation Window, product descriptions, and the policies listed below are incorporated into this Agreement:
Cancellation, Refund + Rescheduling Policy
Weather + Safety Policy
Installation Consent + Liability Acknowledgment
Christmas Rental Décor, Damage + Retrieval Terms, when the order includes rental inventory
Job Photography + Marketing Permission
Privacy Policy
By checking the required agreement box and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement and the incorporated policies.
2. Standard service
YFP will provide the collection, package tier, add-ons, delivery, installation, transition, removal, or disposal services shown in the paid order. Standard residential services are curated seasonal installations, not custom-design commissions.
Photography, examples, item counts, colors, materials, dimensions, and placement descriptions communicate the intended scale and overall look. Final styling and placement remain within YFP’s professional discretion based on the purchased scope, available inventory, porch conditions, safety, weather, and access.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
Full payment is required when the order is placed. An order is not reserved until payment is successfully processed and YFP issues an order confirmation.
Prices, discounts, taxes, service-area fees, and add-ons shown at checkout apply to that order. YFP may correct an obvious pricing or description error before performance. If Customer does not accept the corrected order, YFP will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.
4. Installation Window
Customer purchases an Installation Window, not an exact date or appointment time. YFP will assign the route date and may provide a narrower arrival estimate closer to installation. Arrival estimates are not guarantees.
Weather, route conditions, crew safety, inventory issues, access problems, emergencies, and circumstances outside YFP’s reasonable control may change the route. Changes are handled under the Weather + Safety Policy and Cancellation, Refund + Rescheduling Policy.
5. Installation Details and porch review
Customer must submit the requested access information, property restrictions, and other Installation Details at purchase.
Payment reserves capacity but remains subject to porch review. If the selected package or add-on cannot be installed safely or within its described footprint, YFP may:
adjust placement without materially reducing the purchased scope;
recommend a different package, add-on, or approved location;
request payment for an agreed upgrade or additional area; or
cancel and refund an unperformed item that cannot reasonably be installed.
YFP will not materially reduce the paid scope without Customer’s approval or an appropriate price adjustment.
6. Customer authority and permissions
Customer represents that Customer owns the property or has permission from the owner, landlord, property manager, HOA, or other controlling authority to authorize the work.
Customer is responsible for obtaining required approvals before the Installation Window begins. HOA, lease, neighborhood, or property restrictions do not excuse late cancellation and do not shift responsibility to YFP unless YFP expressly agreed in writing to obtain the approval.
7. Safe and timely access
Customer must provide lawful, unobstructed exterior access during the entire Installation Window and any scheduled transition, service, or removal period. Customer must accurately disclose:
gates, codes, locks, alarms, cameras, and access limitations;
pets or animals that could enter the work area;
parking, loading, and neighborhood restrictions;
steps, railings, columns, loose surfaces, damaged materials, irrigation, outlets, or hidden hazards;
items that must remain in place; and
any surface on which an attachment may not be used.
Children, guests, and pets must remain clear of the work area while the crew is present. YFP may stop or decline work that appears unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the submitted information, or outside the purchased scope.
If YFP cannot complete an installation, transition, service visit, removal, or retrieval because Customer did not provide the required safe access, accurate instructions, secured pets, or property permission, a proposed $125 failed-access feeapplies and must be paid before another visit is scheduled.
8. Existing property and attachment methods
Customer must identify fragile, recently painted, unstable, historic, custom, or damaged surfaces before installation.
YFP may use temporary, commercially reasonable outdoor attachment and anchoring methods appropriate to the disclosed surface. YFP will not drill, cut, permanently fasten, or make another permanent alteration without separate written authorization describing the location and method.
Customer must not remove anchors, disconnect safety measures, or alter the installed design without YFP’s approval.
9. Curated design, natural variation, and substitutions
Standard packages follow YFP’s approved seasonal recipe and design direction. Customer is not purchasing exact replication of a photographed porch or third-party inspiration.
Pumpkins, gourds, greenery, flowers, ribbon, natural materials, and seasonal inventory vary in color, shape, size, texture, and availability. YFP may make reasonable substitutions that preserve the package’s intended scale, quality, function, and overall design value. A reasonable substitution is not grounds for a refund.
10. Fall Collection
Unless the order states otherwise, Fall pumpkins, gourds, mums, wreaths, bows, signs, and doormats become Customer’s property after installation.
Pumpkins and gourds are decorative natural products. They are not sold for human or animal consumption. Their lifespan varies with temperature, moisture, sunlight, insects, wildlife, and handling. Post-season pickup and disposal are included only when purchased or when expressly included in the Fall-to-Christmas transition.
11. Christmas Collection and rental inventory
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, reusable Christmas décor remains YFP property and is provided as seasonal rental inventory. Customer receives temporary possession only.
Christmas removal and retrieval are included. Normal replacement is built into the package price. Actual itemized replacement costs may apply only when rental items are kept, discarded, intentionally altered or damaged, moved without approval, used against instructions, or not made available for retrieval. Customer must comply with the Christmas Rental Décor, Damage + Retrieval Terms.
12. Add-ons and package boundaries
Paid add-ons apply only to the order and Installation Window shown at checkout. An add-on expands the approved scale, quantity, or service area; it does not create a fully custom design.
Festive AF includes one approved extended styling zone. More than one extended area, a nonstandard property, commercial location, event, or customer-directed custom concept may require a separate quote and agreement.
13. Customer care after installation
Customer must follow written care and safety instructions, promptly report instability or damage, and prevent guests, pets, landscapers, vendors, or other third parties from moving or altering rental décor.
Customer must not add lights, electrical components, open flames, food, liquids, glue, paint, staples, screws, or other materials to YFP rental inventory.
14. Weather, deterioration, theft, and third-party acts
Outdoor décor is exposed to weather, animals, theft, vandalism, landscaping activity, deliveries, guests, and other conditions outside YFP’s control. Responsibilities for delay, normal deterioration, severe-weather reporting, repair, replacement, and rental loss are stated in the Weather + Safety Policy and Rental Décor Terms.
15. Transition, removal, and retrieval
Customer must provide the same safe access for transition, pickup, and removal that was required for installation.
Fall-only pickup occurs only if purchased. For a Fall + Christmas order, the Fall materials covered by the transition service will be removed while Christmas is installed. Christmas rental retrieval is included and will occur within the communicated removal period.
YFP is not required to remove, store, dispose of, or assume responsibility for customer-owned items or third-party décor unless expressly included in writing.
16. Cancellation and rescheduling
All cancellations, partial cancellations, reschedule requests, refunds, credits, and provider cancellations are governed by the Cancellation, Refund + Rescheduling Policy. Add-ons generally follow the cancellation status of the associated seasonal installation.
17. Photography and privacy
YFP will photograph the exterior work area before, during, and after service. These job photos are required to document property condition, access, installation, inventory, safety, insurance matters, and disputes—especially when Customer is not home.
Public marketing use remains optional and is governed by Customer’s Job Photography + Marketing Permission selection. YFP’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Warranty and service correction
YFP warrants that it will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner. If Customer believes the installed work materially fails to match the paid scope, Customer must contact YFP promptly with photographs and a description so YFP can inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue.
Except for this express service warranty and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, YFP does not guarantee an exact visual result, uninterrupted seasonal appearance, a specific natural-material lifespan, or protection from weather, theft, animals, vandalism, customer conduct, or third-party conduct.
19. Responsibility and limitation of liability
Nothing in this Agreement excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
YFP is not responsible for pre-existing defects, latent conditions, inaccurate or incomplete Customer disclosures, unauthorized alterations, or loss caused by weather, animals, theft, vandalism, guests, vendors, or other third parties.
Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from a standard residential order.
YFP’s aggregate liability for a property-damage or contract claim arising from an affected standard residential service will not exceed the amount Customer paid YFP for that affected service, except where a different limit is required by law.
Customer remains responsible for claims, losses, or additional costs caused by Customer’s lack of authority, undisclosed hazard, breach of this Agreement, negligence, or unauthorized alteration of the installation.
20. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside that party’s reasonable control, including severe weather, government orders, road closures, utility outages, supplier disruption, fire, civil emergency, labor disruption, or illness affecting safe performance. Payment and refund obligations for unperformed work remain governed by the specific policies in this Agreement.
21. Communications
Customer authorizes YFP to send transactional email and text communications reasonably related to the order, including confirmations, access questions, route updates, weather notices, reminders, completion messages, and removal scheduling.
Transactional consent is separate from optional consent to receive promotional email or marketing text messages.
22. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, the parties will make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute directly for at least 30 days after written notice. Unless prohibited by law or changed in an attorney-reviewed version, any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Either party may use an eligible small-claims process.
23. General terms
This Agreement, the order, and incorporated policies are the entire agreement for the standard residential service. A change is binding only if documented in writing by YFP.
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. Customer may not transfer the order without YFP’s written approval. Electronic acceptance and records may be used as originals to the extent permitted by law.
24. Contact
Customer service: info@yourfestiveporch.com
Legal notices: Email for information
Website: www.yourfestiveporch.com
-
Your payment reserves limited seasonal inventory, route capacity, and installation labor. Because the website sells a multi-day Installation Window rather than an exact appointment, every cancellation deadline is measured from the first calendar day of the selected Installation Window.
How to submit a request
Send the request to info@yourfestiveporch.com and include:
order number;
purchaser name;
installation address;
season and package being canceled or moved; and
requested outcome.
A request is received when it reaches YFP’s designated email inbox. A social-media message, comment, voicemail without identifying information, or message to an individual crew member does not complete a cancellation.
YFP will confirm the request in writing. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. The payment provider or bank may require additional processing time.
Full-order and partial cancellations
The schedule applies to each canceled core seasonal service and its associated add-ons.
If Customer cancels only an add-on, its deadline is measured against the Installation Window of the core product to which it applies. If the core seasonal service is canceled, its attached add-ons are canceled under the same percentage unless YFP agrees otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling by Customer
A request received at least 7 calendar days before the Installation Window begins may be transferred one time to another available Installation Window in the same season, subject to route capacity and product availability.
A request received fewer than 7 calendar days before the window begins is discretionary. If YFP cannot approve the requested move and Customer chooses not to keep the original window, the cancellation percentage above applies.
A rescheduled order:
remains subject to current route and service-area availability;
may require payment of a price or service-area difference before confirmation;
does not guarantee the same inventory or exact styling;
cannot be moved into another season unless YFP approves the change in writing; and
may not be transferred to another customer or address without approval.
Access failure and Customer-caused delay
If YFP cannot perform because Customer failed to provide promised access, provided an incorrect address or code, left an unsafe work area, failed to secure a pet, lacked required property permission, or omitted a material restriction, the missed visit is not a YFP cancellation.
YFP may offer a new date if capacity allows. If our team cannot access the porch because Customer provided incorrect or incomplete access information, left an unsafe work area, failed to secure a pet, or did not obtain required permission, a $125 failed-access fee applies. The fee must be paid before a new visit is scheduled. If the work cannot be rescheduled, the cancellation rules are applied using the original Installation Window.
Weather and safety
Weather-related route changes initiated by YFP are not Customer cancellations and do not reduce the purchased service. YFP will move the work to the earliest safe and operationally reasonable date.
If Customer cancels because of a forecast while YFP remains ready and able to perform safely, the standard cancellation schedule applies.
If YFP determines that it cannot perform the service within a reasonable seasonal timeframe, Customer may choose:
an available replacement installation window;
a credit for a future collection, if offered; or
a refund for the unperformed service.
YFP cancellation, inability to serve, or package rejection
If YFP cancels an unperformed service, cannot safely or legally serve the address, cannot reasonably fit the purchased package after porch review, or cannot offer an acceptable adjustment, YFP will refund the amount paid for the affected unperformed service.
This remedy does not apply when the problem results from Customer’s inaccurate information, access failure, lack of authority, or undisclosed restriction; those situations are handled under the Customer-caused delay section.
Fall + Christmas offer
The two-season offer depends on Customer completing one Fall product and one Christmas product that will receive 15% off. The 15% discount applies only while both eligible core services remain in the order.
If one season is canceled or removed:
Any season retained or already performed is repriced at its standalone price shown in the original order or offer.
The refundable balance equals the amount paid minus the standalone price of the retained or completed service and any noncanceled items.
The applicable 100%, 50%, or 0% cancellation percentage is applied to that refundable balance.
A completed installation, transition, removal, or other performed service is nonrefundable.
If the cancellation would produce no remaining refundable balance after repricing, no refund is due.
Natural materials, substitutions, and preference changes
Reasonable seasonal variation or an approved equivalent substitution is not a cancellation by YFP and does not create a refund right.
A change of mind about color, shape, natural variation, final professional placement, or a preference that was not included in the product description follows the standard cancellation schedule.
Chargebacks and legal rights
Customer is encouraged to contact YFP promptly so the business can investigate and document the issue. Nothing in this policy eliminates a consumer right or payment-dispute right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Safety comes before the route
Seasonal porch styling is exterior work. YFP may delay, pause, modify, or stop installation, transition, or removal when conditions could create an unreasonable risk to customers, crew members, property, vehicles, or inventory.
Conditions may include:
lightning, thunderstorms, tornado watches or warnings, hail, ice, snow, or flooding;
sustained wind or gusts that make ladders, tools, garland, wreaths, signs, trees, or oversized décor unsafe;
extreme heat or cold;
wet, unstable, obstructed, or damaged walking and work surfaces;
unsafe traffic, parking, loading, animal, construction, or neighborhood conditions; and
government warnings, road closures, utility hazards, or emergencies.
YFP determines when its crew can safely perform. A Customer request does not require YFP to work in unsafe conditions.
Route changes
The purchased Installation Window is a route range, not an exact appointment. If weather affects the route, YFP will communicate the updated plan using the contact information on the order.
YFP may:
change the assigned route day;
adjust the arrival estimate;
complete unaffected portions first;
return to finish an installation;
move the service to the earliest safe date; or
propose a safe alternative location or treatment.
A weather change initiated by YFP is not a cancellation. Customer will not be charged a rescheduling fee for a YFP-directed safety delay.
If the service cannot be completed
If weather pushes the service outside the selected Installation Window, YFP will offer the next safe available date. If YFP determines that the installation can no longer be completed in time for the season, Customer may choose a future-service credit or a refund for the unperformed service.
Customer-requested weather cancellation
If Customer cancels because of a forecast but YFP remains ready and able to perform safely, the Cancellation, Refund + Rescheduling Policy applies.
Outdoor exposure after installation
Once installed, décor is exposed to ordinary and severe weather, wildlife, insects, irrigation, theft, vandalism, landscaping, deliveries, guests, and other activity outside YFP’s control.
Customer must:
promptly report loose, fallen, damaged, wet, or unstable décor;
keep people and pets away from an item that appears unsafe;
follow YFP’s care or severe-weather instructions;
avoid moving, re-anchoring, repairing, or modifying rental items without approval; and
allow reasonable access if YFP determines an inspection or removal is necessary.
In an urgent safety situation, Customer may move an item only as much as reasonably necessary to prevent injury or further property damage, then must notify YFP as soon as possible.
Natural Fall materials
Pumpkins, gourds, mums, and other natural items vary and naturally deteriorate. Heat, sunlight, freezing, moisture, wildlife, insects, and surface conditions can shorten their display life.
YFP does not guarantee that every natural item will remain unchanged through a holiday or specific date. Decorative natural products are not sold for human or animal consumption.
Normal softening, discoloration, stem loss, drying, or decay is not defective installation. Customer should contact YFP promptly about unusually rapid or widespread deterioration so YFP can evaluate the cause and any available service option.
Christmas rental inventory
Reusable Christmas items remain YFP property unless the description says otherwise. Customer must not add electrical lights, extension cords, heaters, candles, open flames, adhesives, paint, staples, screws, or other modifications.
Damage caused solely by ordinary weather despite proper use is not Customer-caused damage. Loss, theft, unauthorized movement, misuse, ignored safety instructions, or damage caused by Customer, guests, pets, vendors, or other third parties is handled under the Rental Décor Terms.

Ownership
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, reusable Christmas décor supplied by YFP remains YFP’s exclusive property. This may include wreaths, garland, bows, mini trees, planters or vessels, standing signs, layered mats, oversized nutcrackers, bells, ornaments, anchors, hardware, and related styling materials.
Payment purchases a seasonal design, delivery, installation, temporary use, removal, and retrieval service. It does not transfer title to rental inventory.
Rental period
The rental period begins when the item is delivered or installed and ends when YFP retrieves it. Customer is responsible for reasonable care throughout that period.
YFP will communicate the anticipated removal period. Customer authorizes YFP to access the exterior installation area during that period using the access information on file, subject to any updated instructions Customer provides in time.
Customer care obligations
Customer must:
keep rental décor at the service address and in its installed location;
follow care, weather, and safety instructions;
promptly report loss, theft, damage, instability, or unauthorized movement;
take reasonable steps to prevent guests, children, pets, landscapers, delivery workers, contractors, or other third parties from moving or damaging items;
allow reasonable access for inspection, safety removal, transition, or retrieval; and
return every rental item in substantially the condition received, ordinary outdoor wear excepted.
Prohibited conduct
Without YFP’s prior written approval, Customer must not:
sell, give away, loan, subrent, relocate, store, discard, or conceal rental décor;
paint, cut, glue, staple, screw into, write on, or permanently alter an item;
add lights, cords, electrical devices, heaters, candles, flame, food, liquids, or chemicals;
remove or alter safety anchors;
attempt a structural repair; or
use an item for a different property, event, or commercial purpose.
Normal wear and weather
Normal replacement is built into package and add-on pricing. Customer is not charged for ordinary wear, weather damage, theft by an unknown third party, or accidental breakage while the décor remains as installed and Customer follows the care and safety instructions.
YFP may inspect, repair, substitute, or remove weather-affected inventory. An identical replacement is not guaranteed.
Customer-responsible loss or damage
Customer may be responsible for actual repair or replacement cost only when rental inventory is:
kept, sold, given away, hidden, or thrown away;
removed from the service address without YFP’s approval;
intentionally altered or damaged;
used in a way specifically prohibited by these terms; or
not made available for retrieval after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to provide access.
YFP will provide an itemized explanation before charging or invoicing. Ordinary replacement risk is already included in the price; there is no separate item-by-item replacement fee for normal use.
Reporting an incident
Customer must notify YFP as soon as possible at info@yourfestiveporch.com and include the order number, address, description, time discovered, and photographs when safe to obtain.
Customer should not discard a damaged item or attempt a repair unless YFP directs Customer to do so.
Retrieval access
Customer must provide unobstructed exterior access during the communicated removal period. If access fails because of Customer, YFP may offer another retrieval attempt and disclose any reasonable additional trip or labor charge before the visit is confirmed.
If Customer does not provide access after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure, the $125 failed-access fee applies to each failed retrieval visit caused by Customer. YFP may also invoice the actual replacement cost of items that are not returned after final written notice. No YFP employee or contractor is authorized to enter an interior space or locked area without express permission.
Early removal
Customer may request early removal. Scheduling depends on route capacity and safety. An early-removal request does not create a refund for time not used.
YFP may retrieve an item early if it presents a safety concern, is being misused, is at material risk, or Customer breaches these terms. Early retrieval does not waive Customer’s responsibility for damage or other amounts properly due.
No lien or ownership claim by Customer
Customer will not claim ownership, retain rental inventory to offset a dispute, or prevent reasonable retrieval. Payment disputes will be handled separately under the Service Agreement.

Required job photos
YFP will take exterior photos or video before, during, and after installation, transition, service, or removal. This requirement applies whether or not Customer is home.
These images help YFP:
document the condition of the porch before work begins;
confirm what was installed and where;
protect Customer and YFP when no one is home;
track rental inventory;
review safety, quality, damage, insurance, or service concerns; and
prove that installation or removal was completed.
By booking, Customer authorizes these required exterior job photos. Customer cannot opt out of job documentation and still receive the service.
YFP will not intentionally photograph the inside of the home. Customer should keep people, children, personal paperwork, house numbers, license plates, and other sensitive items away from the work area when possible.
How required photos may be used
Required job photos may be reviewed by YFP, its installation team, insurers, legal or professional advisers, and service providers—including Squarespace, Harper Media Co., and Notion—when reasonably needed to operate, document, protect, or support the service.
YFP will keep these images for internal business purposes unless Customer separately allows public marketing use.
Optional public marketing permissionThe Installation Details form should ask:
May Your Festive Porch also use selected photos or video of your finished exterior installation on its website, social media, portfolio, email, advertising, or public relations?
Customer must choose one:
Yes — YFP may use selected exterior images for marketing.
No — keep my required job photos private and use them only for business records.
There is no “no photos” option because exterior job documentation is part of the service.
If Customer says yes to marketing
Customer gives YFP permission to edit, crop, reproduce, publish, and display selected exterior images or video without additional payment.
YFP will not publish:
the exact street address;
gate codes or access instructions;
order or payment information;
Customer’s full name without separate permission; or
an identifiable adult or minor without appropriate separate permission.
Customer may withdraw marketing permission for future use by contacting info@yourfestiveporch.com . YFP will stop new uses after a reasonable processing period and make reasonable efforts to remove the material from channels it controls. YFP cannot undo printed materials, emails already sent, screenshots, third-party shares, cached pages, or campaigns already committed before the request was processed.
Consent record
YFP will keep:
Customer name;
order number;
installation address;
required job-photography acknowledgment;
public-marketing choice;
date and policy version; and
any later permission change.
Public marketing permission is not required to purchase and must not be preselected.

Acceptance
By accessing www.yourfestiveporch.com, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you place an order, you also agree to the checkout terms and service policies presented with that order.
If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. By ordering for a property you do not own, you confirm that you have authority to arrange the service.
Website information
YFP works to keep product descriptions, photographs, availability, prices, service areas, installation windows, and other website information accurate. Seasonal inventory, natural materials, routes, and outdoor conditions vary.
Website photographs are examples of design direction and scale, not a promise that every porch will be identical. The paid order and product description control the purchased scope.
Availability and order acceptance
Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory or route capacity. YFP may accept, reject, or cancel an order as permitted by the Service Agreement, including when:
payment fails;
the address is outside the service area;
capacity or inventory is unavailable;
the package cannot be installed safely;
the order contains an obvious price or description error; or
YFP reasonably suspects fraud or misuse.
Any refund due for a YFP cancellation will be handled under the Cancellation, Refund + Rescheduling Policy.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, photographs, video, graphics, package names, collection concepts, layouts, logos, and other content are owned by YFP or used with permission and are protected by applicable law.
You may view and share ordinary links to public pages for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, publish, sell, create derivative commercial materials from, remove ownership notices from, or use YFP content to market another service without written permission.

If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, testimonial, or other content for public use, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.
YFP may edit for length, grammar, or formatting without changing the substance. Required job photography and optional public use are governed by the separate Job Photography + Marketing Permission policy.

Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YFP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website.
Claims involving a paid service are governed by the Service Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
